Diamond Jubilee Casket
The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Casket is made in sterling silver gilt.
The casket features a miniature enamel portrait surrounded by diamonds of Her Majesty based on the photograph by Baron in 1952. On the front is an engraved portrait of Windsor Castle and on the rear an engraved text of the Proclamation made at Windsor Castle on 8th February 1952. The sides of the Casket have diamond set handles with engraved dates 1952 – 2012 signifying Her Majesty’s 60 year reign. Only Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth II have made Diamond Jubilees.
A silver version without the diamonds surrounding the portrait is also available. Both are a limited edition of 6. Edition now closed.
